Horse Racing Regulator Lamb Quits 11 

The director of Idaho's horse racing regulatory agency has retired two days after the Idaho Statesman reported that he'd also been working as a consultant for a Wyoming company that operates live, simulcast and instant horse racing. But no one will say whether apparent conflict behind move.
