Four Coeur d'Alene High School graduates have launched a very unique business venture where all of their customers must arrive by boat. The converted houseboat with a fully functional kitchen is named The Buoy. It cranks out both hot food and ice cream bars to its customers who never have to leave the cozy confines of their own boat. Beside the fact that chef Graham Neff whips up his culinary creations on the waters of Lake Coeur d'Alene, The Buoy is much like any other licensed mobile food operation. Freshness, refrigeration and clean cooking areas are all priorities on board the boat. "A big hit is our fish tacos. People are loving that, and and if you like something a little more spicy, our buffalo chicken sandwich is also a good one," said Gared Schneider. While the food on The Buoy is good, it's the convenience that really sets it apart/Jeff Humphrey, KXLY. More here.

Question: What do you think of this business idea?
