Post Falls Pranksters Out In Force
From Post Falls PD Swing Shift (Traffic Hazard, Montrose Subdivision): "Pranksters were out during the shift, putting plastic lawn chairs in the road, and moving a utility trailer from a residence into the road. The owner of the trailer was contacted and the roadway was cleared. No suspects at this time."
