Poll: Don’t Use Eminent Domain
- Thursday Poll: A solid majority of Hucks Nation supports legislation that bans use of eminent domain by Idaho cities to build walking trails, bike paths and greenspaces. 135 of 232 respondents (58.19%) took that position. 93 of 232 respondents (40.09%) supported using eminent domain for those amenities. 4 (1.72%) were undecided.
