Among the dozens of real estate ads on Craigslist on Tuesday sat a one of a kind buy in Kootenai County. Nestled between listings for 20 acres of scenic land in Medical Lake and ten acres in Priest Lake was an advertisement for prime Post Falls real estate for just $2,015. But the Craigslist ad offered much more than your average house. The seller promised "many rooms, lots of bathrooms, office, art rooms, shop, mini store, and kitchen and computer labs."
