Last-D: Paying double for tree trash

LastDemoInIdaho: My beef today is about the frustrating situation some of us (oldies, without pickup trucks anymore) who had a huge amount of tree limbs and tree trash to dispose of this past week. And had to resort to hiring the guy down the street to haul this away. And then, because he was doing this for pay, it cost me almost $300 for three loads of tree trash that the hauler had to pay. Seems that the locals (who pay part of the dump station costs in our taxes) should not have to pay for this service -- double payment, in effect. Any others stuck with this issue? Can't some system be implemented to deal with this inequity?

Question: Anyone else run into Last Dem's situation?
