Child dies from head injury
"Today, detectives with the Coeur d’Alene Police Department learned the 17 month old child who was transported to Sacred Heart Medical Center on August 26, 2016 with severe head injuries has passed away. Coeur d’Alene Police Detectives are working with the Kootenai County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office regarding the appropriate criminal charges for Joseph John Davis relating to this incident. No further information will be released at this time."
