Wild Card/Tuesday — 8.30.16

Mrs O has asked me several times this summer why I planted 6 early girl tomato plants, 2 cherry tomato plants, and one variety of giant tomato plants. This week, she pointed out smugly that we now are inundated with ripe tomatoes. I simply went into the back yard and picked about 20 of them. Then, I visited 3 immediate neighbors and gave them away. The neighbors appreciated the gesture. A lot. The thing about tomatoes? You can give them away. Zucchinis, unfortunately, are a different story. Here's your Wild Card ...
