A satisfied customer

"Customer surveys can be a pain to fill out," Facebooks Cindy Hval, "but we had such a good experience at the Hampton Inn in Cda last weekend that I took the time to complete it. The check-in clerk was so warm and welcoming and he upgraded our room to a suite without us even asking. Got this email from the manager this morning":

Dear Cindy Hval;

"Good morning. I want to thank you for taking time to fill out our hotel survey in regards to your recent stay with us. Your comments about Stephano doing a gr...eat job at checkin and get you an upgrade made my day and I can wait to share this with him. I will also make sure your comments are sent over to our owners for the employee recognition program we have. We work hard daily to provide the best experience possible for our guest's and I can see that the dedication and attention to details paid off. If there is anything I can do for you on your next stay please let me know. Have a Merry Christmas!!"

Question: Do you fill out customer surveys?
