The multi-agency SWAT team has arrested Brandon Kramer at a home on Best Avenue and Fifth Street in Coeur d'Alene following a standoff. The 20-year-old man was barricaded inside the home this afternoon for more than an hour. The suspect, who had a felony fugitive warrant, was arrested without further incident, according to Coeur d'Alene Police. Police blocked off neighboring streets during the incident but have since re-opened. Borah Elementary was temporarily locked down as a precaution. Kramer has an extensive criminal history that includes drugs and assault on law enforcement/Coeur d'Alene Press.
