2:54 p.m. Traffic Pursuit -- ISP officer has to stop pursuit because his back-wheel vehicle can't negotiate muddy side road that run vehicle (1998 blue-and-teal Dodge pickup) took. Officers are setting up road blocks at Bayview Cutoff and Perimeter Road, the only two places the run vehicle can take off current muddy road. (2:46 item)
2:46 p.m. Traffic Pursuit -- ISP officer is chasing driver who was stopped for equipment violation and possible gun trafficking and then sped away. Officer and county deputy are pursuing run vehicle on n/b H95/H54, Athol, toward Bonner County. ISP officer wants Bonner County to install spike strip to stop runner.
