OK, members of the Idaho Legislature, this is getting ridiculous. In previous years, this newspaper has published editorials mocking an Idaho law that outlaws the use of aerial fireworks but has a loophole allowing them to be sold here. No attempt, to our knowledge, has been made to do anything about it in the Statehouse. Our calls have been met with yawns and chuckles from your lawmakers. So what's different about this year?
