  • 11:37 a.m. Trespass -- North Idaho College Security trespasses someone named Pat from campus.
  • 11:36 a.m. Suspicious Persons -- People out of vehicle are taking photo of stateline sign & not part of manhunt.

  • 11:24 a.m. General Illness -- 76YO female in white Chevy Tahoe @ CdA Super 1/Kathleen Ave feels faint.

  • 10:59 a.m. Disabled Vehicle -- Vehicle w/blown transmission is stalled near undisclosed BNSF tracks. Tow truck won't be able to hook up to it w/o backing onto tracks. Officer on scene wants BNSF contacted.
  • 10:42 a.m. Trauma Injury (10:22 item) -- Witness reports 40-50YO in white shirt -- and in good shape -- parked car behind Jacklins and then sprinted toward directly to Spokane River.
  • 10:38 a.m. Trauma Injury (10:22 item) -- Deputies are bringing in canine unit.
  • 10:34 a.m. Trauma Injury (10:22 item) -- Vehicle found behind Jacklin Seed, driver headed toward Spokane River.
  • 10:32 a.m. Trauma Injury (10:22 item) -- Law enforcement setting up perimeter to find fleeing driver.
  • 10:22 a.m. Trauma Injury -- 30ish female unconscious but breathing after being thrown from or falling from black Toyota Camri with Kootenai County plates at the state liquor store at State Line, 1709 Seltice Way. Deputies are looking for bald male w/goatee who wears ballcaps.
