4 Corners work to finish next week
The Fort Grounds Drive project in downtown Coeur d’Alene is on schedule to open next week. The road realignment project part of the Four Corners project will be done by next week. The project costs $1.5 million and there is a spot in the area reserved for a historic carousel. The carousel used to be on Coeur d’Alene’s Playland Pier. Officials from the nonprofit group behind the carousel said they are behind schedule. The group said they hope to have the structure done by this fall/Taylor Viydo, KREM 2.
