The family of Leo Neal, one of two teenage boys killed in a car crash Monday night near Post Falls, released the following statement to KHQ on Tuesday:

"Our boy was the most amazing young man. The kindest to anyone is the sense of word that he would give the shirt off his back.  Loved his family and friends.  Love hunting, fishing, boating and taking the ATV's out to the sand dunes.  Leo was & is our life and our hearts.  He always had a smile on his face and a smile for yours.  He is dearly loved by us, the family and his friends."
