• 11:26 a.m. Emergency Hazmat Drill (11:16 item) -- ISP officer requests that H95, H54 & Brunner Road be shut.
• 11:23 a.m. Emergency Hazmat Drill (11:16 item) -- Fire reported in tires stacked near Silverwood tunnel under H95/Athol. Later, an individual involved in the drill reports an explosion in the tunnel, which has collapsed Highway 95.
• 11:20 a.m. Emergency Hazmat Drill (11:16 item) -- Cardiac problem reported at back gate of Silverwood.
• 11:18 a.m. Hitchhiker -- ISP Trooper reports bearded hitchhiker w/backpack @ e/b I-90/MP 18 (Sunnyside).
• 11:16 a.m. Emergency Drill -- A haz mat drill is going on at Silverwood Theme Park, headed by the Idaho National Guard's 101st Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team. The drill began with a purported suspicious package found near the Caved-In attraction near Tremors roller coaster @ Scarywood (Silverwood/Athol).
• 10:33 a.m. Fleet Crash -- CPD officer wants to know what to do after being hit by a deer. His patrol vehicle didn't suffer damage. And the deer is OK. Another officer told him to report incident when he returns to CPD HQ.
• 10:26 a.m. Transient Camp -- Deputy locates transient camp by Spokane River but camper isn't there.
• 10:12 a.m. Unknown Medical -- 93YO male needs help @ Anton Apartments, 205 Anton Ave/CdA.
• 10:11 a.m. Found Property -- Visitor in white Chevy found wallet, keys @ Huetter rest stop.
• 10:01 a.m. Disabled Vehicle -- Female driver out of gas on bad spot on H41/Twin Lakes.
• 9:13 a.m. Smoke Check (8:57 item): Officer discovers smoke coming from resident burning yard waste.
• 8:57 a.m. Smoke Check -- Resident reports gray smoke S Ponderosa Loop/Post Falls.
• 8:46 a.m. Reckless Driver -- Motorist reports dump truck pulling trailer speeding @ H53/Hauser Road.
