Kunishige’s odd finance report

I'm trying to figure out the in-kind contributions and expenditures in the campaign finance report from Tina Kunishige, a "constitutional sheriff" candidate who is running as a Democrat for Republican Sheriff Ben Wolfinger's position. Kunishige lists in-kind contributions and expenditures totaling $5,310.82 in in-kind expenditures. Then, she goes on to 55 items under the in-kind contributions and loans, including small contributions of $10 each from coffee shops, $100 from Call of the Wild Tattoo, and $60 from Taco Works. You can see all of the in-kind contributions for yourself here. Also, the disclosure statement reveals that Kunishige has loaned her campaign $6,300, which is interesting, because her home is in foreclosure here. Meanwhile, Sheriff Wolfinger had a cash balance of $4,076 after his bruising constitutional sheriff campaign in the GOPrimary against another "constitutional sheriff" candidate, John Green. But he has raised no money since the primary. You can see Wolfinger's campaign finance report here.
