Here's one that's of interest to my family. The city of Coeur d'Alene is asking the public to weigh in on proposed rules and regulations for vacation rentals. My brother and my sister from central California rent houses when they visit, including one on Tubbs Hill 2 years ago. It has been a good experience for them.
