Summer is too short to be spent dealing with boat troubles.

"It's amazing today how hard it is to get parts," said Duane Hagadone, a lifelong Lake Coeur d'Alene boating enthusiast. "When your boat breaks down in the middle of July, you don't want to wait a month to get parts."

The Hagadone Marine Center campus in Coeur d'Alene just opened its mega service center on Thursday, Hagadone Marine Group president Craig Brosenne said.
