Dead coyotes left on UI sorority porches

Three dead coyotes were found placed on the front porches of University of Idaho sororities early Friday morning, echoing an identical incident that took place Jan. 20. Like the previous incident, the recent animal dumps took place in either late night or early morning, as they were found on Pi Kappa Phi, Pi Beta Phi and Alpha Phi properties between 1:22 a.m. and 4:22 a.m. Moscow Police Chief James Fry said there is a year-round hunting season on coyotes and all of the animals had been shot. The matter remains an active investigation/Moscow-Pullman Daily News.
