Out, out, damn cold

I returned from a five-day vacay to see Amy Dearest and Okie Doke in Portland just in time to land in bed for 3 days with a miserable head cold. I'm still wobbly today. I wished I could pinpoint the culprit for my winter cold. My first suspects are fellow plane passengers. I have gotten sick within days after my last 3 plane rides, including a summer trip to Savannah Georgia in 2014. I also suspect that I was too casual in protecting myself from the rainy cold of Portland last week. I swear wet cold cuts through you as quickly as colder dry weather. It would be nice to know whose germs infected you. I don't wish them harm. But I might give them the stink eye if I know who s/he was.

Question: Have you been sick this winter?
