It'll be interesting to see what becomes of state Rep. Heather Scott, R-Blanchard, now that she's been disciplined by House leadership for her odd behavior and outbursts. She may think that she's bigger than the system, that her cause is just and must be adhered to. But she should consider the fate of former legislator Phil Hart, who considered himself invincible until his missteps prompted his very conservative district to give him the boot. The move by House Speaker Scott Bedke could be the beginning of the end for Scott. She'll continue to have support from the Far Right in her district and throughout the state. But she'll have little clout in the state Legislature. Here's your Wild Card ...
