The crud

Judging from Facebook posts, the crud is still making its rounds. I returned from a five-day vacay in Portland over the Christmas holiday with a touch of the crud. It was fullblown the next day. I slept 20 of the next 24 hours. And then spent 2 days resting before the crud finally broke. I was lucky, I guess, that I had the three-day New Year's weekend to recover. Mrs. O then caught the crud. She said it was the second sickest she's ever been. All this, with winter blasting away with snow and cold snaps outside. We attack the crud. We attack the crud, esp. if it's trending toward sinus infection/head cold with rest, Dayquil, Nightquil, etc. We try to stay away from people during the infectious stages. How about you?

Question: How do you handle the crud?
