Weekend Wild Card -- 1.28-29.17 170 

I plan to read a few chapters of Wayne Manis' book, "Street Agent," this weekend -- his stories about the many years of work as an FBI agent. I started with Chapter 9, a story about a woman who poisoned everyone around her including officer who came to investigate various matters. I just started the chapter on the Aryan Nations.

Bill seeks to nullify federal law 26 

In the category, "Don't they teach civics in Riggins?" state Rep. Paul Shepherd, R-Riggins, has introduced a bill that declares the state to be the "final arbiter" of constitutionality.
