Roger’s Ice Cream opens in Post Falls

Roger’s Ice Cream & Burgers opens Monday in its new 2,900-square-foot building at 403 N. Spokane St. (south of I-90) in Post Falls.

Roger’s started in Moscow in 1940 and moved to Coeur d’Alene in the 1980s. Like its older sister stores on East Sherman and Neider Avenue in Coeur d’Alene, Roger’s offers fresh ground-beef burgers, turkey burger, garden burger, fresh-cut french fries, home-made kettle chips, beverages and more than 16 flavors of hand-dipped ice cream, shakes and malts.

Owners since 2009 are Mark and Nicole Randolph. Josh Martin is manager in Post Falls. The new place has indoor seating for 60, outdoor for 50 and a drive-through/Nils Rosdahl, Business Bits, Coeur d'Alene Press. More here.
