Rep. Vito  Barbieri, R-Dalton Gardens, tweeted today that he’s “livid” over the Idaho Supreme Court decision yesterday upholding Gov. Butch Otter’s veto of grocery tax repeal legislation; Barbieri was among the 30 lawmakers who sued in an attempt to overturn the veto.
