Vito ‘livid’ over grocery tax ruling

Rep. Vito  Barbieri, R-Dalton Gardens, tweeted today that he’s “livid” over the Idaho Supreme Court decision yesterday upholding Gov. Butch Otter’s veto of grocery tax repeal legislation; Barbieri was among the 30 lawmakers who sued in an attempt to overturn the veto. In a lengthy post linked to his tweet, Barbieri, a retired lawyer, opines that “courts, in the names of justice and wisdom, forgo common sense and kill, not just babies, but the Constitution.” You can read his full post here/Eye on Boise.

DFO: I'm frightened. I agree with Vito.
