Hooligan Island, owned by Rob Riley and Clint Kauer, was hopping Saturday when photographer Don Sausser snapped this photo. I noticed that it was active again during the lunch hour when I made my way around the Coeur d'Alene Resort Boardwalk. It appears to be ourside the 1,000-foot jurisdiction of the city of Coeur d'Alene.
