1:39 p.m. Reckless Driver -- Driver speeding in blue sedan on N4th St/CdA almost hit girl on bicycle.

12:58 p.m. Suspicious Male -- Male in black shorts on blue bike sifting through trash behind Shanty Bar/Huetter. Caller fears he is casing her place to steal something.
12:42 p.m. Endangered Cats -- Female says RV door is jammed and air conditioning not working in her RV on W Cannon/Post Falls. Lock smith can't respond for an hour. Caller fears cats inside will be dead if she can't open door.
