Thursday Poll: Hucks Nation has no sympathy for efforts by the owners of 'Hooligan Island' to dodge city regulations and anchor their water jungle gym off the city shoreline for commercial purposes. 128 of 178 respondents (71.91%) doesn't want the city to give the owners permission to anchor their commerical water toy in Coeur d'Alene waters. Only 34 (19.1%) want to see 'Hooligan Island' get the go ahead. 16 (8.9%) were undecided.
