North Idaho College President Rick MacLennan today announced the selection of Don Millikan (pictured) as NIC’s new Executive Director for Human Resources. In this cabinet-level position, Millikan will play a critical role in cultivating NIC’s greatest resource: its people. “Don is a leader with a commitment to improving operations and a passion for developing talent,” MacLennan said. In his new role, Millikan will report directly to the president and provide strategic leadership on human resource matters. “Don joins our executive leadership team to help drive our college’s organizational performance through the recruitment, development and retention of high-caliber faculty and staff,” MacLennan said/Tom Greene, North Idaho College Press Room.
