House OKs telemedicine abortion bill 

Two 2015 laws banning prescription of abortion-causing drugs by telemedicine, rather than an in-person examination, would be repealed, under legislation that cleared the House State Affairs Committee today at the behest of anti-abortion lobbyist David Ripley.

SR: Hell no to Vito secrecy bill

In an its editorial Sunday, The Spokesman-Review said not only no, but hell no, to the attempt by state Rep. Vito Barbieri, R-Dalton Gardens, to exempt the communications of Idaho legislators from the Idaho Public Records Act. In other words, Vito wants to make it more difficult for the public to hold lawmakers accountable.

Mrs O and I walked along the waterfront today. Cold and uncomfortable. The southerly wind was blowing per usual, knocking the chill factor way below the 38 degrees advertised on the Weather forecast. I rarely look for an end to a walk. But today was one of those times. It's March, however. No where to go but up.
