World of Outlaws Weekend Preview

The World of Outlaws head to the Midwest for the first time this season with a doubleheader weekend at Paducah International Raceway in Kentucky and I-55 Raceway in Missouri, which continues a stretch of six consecutive races on tracks 3/8-mile
or smaller.

WHAT
• The World of Outlaws head to the Midwest for the first time this season with a
doubleheader weekend at Paducah International Raceway in Kentucky and I-55 Raceway
in Missouri, which continues a stretch of six consecutive races on tracks 3/8-mile
or smaller. The series has competed five times this season on bullrings, with four
different drivers picking up wins in those events. Both events last season at
Paducah International Raceway and I-55 Raceway saw Jason Meyers and Craig Dollansky
battle for the wins. Meyers was victorious at I-55 while Dollansky picked up the
victory at Paducah. The pair is currently fourth and fifth in the World of Outlaws
championship standings this season, as they chase current series point leader Donny
Schatz the three-time and defending series champion, along with 20-time series
titlist Steve Kinser and Joey Saldana, who has won five times already this season.
WHEN
• On Friday April 17 at Paducah International Raceway, the pit gates will open at 1
p.m. Central, with the grandstand gates opening at 3 p.m. Central and hot laps are
set for 6 p.m. Central.

• On Saturday, April 18 at I-55 Raceway, the pit gates will open at 2 p.m. Central,
with the grandstand gates also opening at 2 p.m. Central with hot laps set for 6:15
p.m. Central.


WHERE
• Paducah International Raceway is located in Paducah, Kentucky. Take I-24 to exit
11, then 0.4 miles south on Husband Road (SR 1954), then 1.9 miles east on Lyndon
Road (SR 3075), then 1.3 miles south on Oaks (SR 450), then 0.9 miles west on
Shemwell Lane (near airport).

• I-55 Raceway is located in Pevely, Missouri. Take I-55 to Herculaneum exit (#178),
head east on U.S. 61/67, go north to Herky-Horine Road, then 1/2-mile west.


TICKETS
• On Friday, April 17 at Paducah International Raceway, adult tickets will be $30,
with tickets for children ages 12-under just $5. For more information on tickets

• On Saturday, April 18 at I-55 Raceway, reserved tickets will be $32 with general
admission tickets $30, while children ages 12-under will be admitted free of charge

• Paducah International Raceway is a high-banked 3/8-mile. The track record of
13.107 seconds at 102.998 mph was established by Donny Schatz on July 28, 2008.

• I-55 Raceway is a high-banked 1/3-mile oval. The track record of 10.189 seconds
was established by Stevie Smith on March 30, 2002.
