POST FALLS, IDAHO – May 27, 2009 – Stateline had lots of cars for Wednesday Night Fever. Over 44 Road Runners prepared for tonight’s action along with a field of 19 Fever Four cars and 9 Bump to Pass contenders.

Joel Schrader must be invincible as he once again wheeled his trash can themed Bump to Pass car to another win at a well attended Wednesday Night Fever at Stateline Speedway. Schrader and car owner Vern Dorsey of Spokane remain undefeated in the division.

Schrader held the lead to take the win in the main event. Leon Clother finished second followed by John Hollingsworth and  fouth place went to Aaron Stein.

The Fever Four race saw hard charging by all 19 drivers, with a few mishaps early on during heat races. A spinout  resulted in two other.poor souls getting “hooked” together, after tugging and a bucket of cold water they got untangled and went back to racing. The  podium  crowned Tom Plybon with the win, followed by Rich Hatton and Brycen Tarr.
.

Joey Murfin, (Sapphire Division) Ron Hunter (Emerald Division), and Brenden Tarr (Ruby Division) picked up feature wins in the Road Runner Class. .

Saturday the  GARY MILLER 100 featuring THE NORTHWEST MODIFIEDS Racing Series take to the track along with Early Stocks and Hobby Cars. Events start a start at 6pm. General admission is $12 for adults; kids under six are free.

The wild, wacky, unpredictable action of Wednesday Night Fever continues every Wednesday at 6pm with the cars and superstars of the Road Runners, Fever 4's, plus the wild and crazy Bump to Pass division. Adults are just $5.75; kids under the age of nine accompanied by adults are free.
