It’s The Albert Lee Cup At Seafair, Boeing Also Part Of 2010 Event

Albert Lee Appliances and Boeing join Duke's Chowder House as sponsors of 2010 Seafair for the H1 Unlimited Hydroplane Series.

SEATTLE, Wash. (April 28, 2010)-In a Wednesday press conference at Seattle's Space Needle, Seafair President Beth Knox announced that Albert Lee Appliance will be the title sponsor of the 2010 Seafair Race, August 6, 7 & 8 on Lake Washington and the Boeing Company will be the sponsor of the Seafair Air Show. 

Albert Lee Appliance, a local  family owned company with four Seattle area retail locations, has sponsored  Greg and Brian O'Farrell's Go Fast Turn Left Racing Team the past three seasons.  The team had it's newly acquired U-21 hull in it's new green, black and white color scheme on display.

H1 Unlimited Chairman Sam Cole commented, "On behalf of our teams, drivers and officials, H1 Unlimited would like to welcome Albert Lee as the title sponsor of Seafair. We are excited to see a Seattle-based company support Seafair and the Unlimited hydroplane race.

Albert Lee begins its third season as sponsor of Brian Perkins and Greg O'Farrell's team and now expands its involvement in one of our sport's premier events. It is a testament to the value our sport brings to company's like Albert Lee and we look forward to exceeding Albert's expectations.
 
Albert Lee is bringing more than a name to this event. I am excited to hear about new ideas and new ways to make Sefair more visible through the Northwest and to engage new fans with the race and our sport. We're here to support Albert Lee's sponsorship of Seafair and do all we can do to make Seafair an overwhelming success."
