Fortunately, Pursley discovered the tire going down at precisely the best place on the 2.2-mile road course.

Pursley grabs fifth win in last seven starts on NASCAR K&N Pro Series

Greg Pursley is the hottest driver in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series after a win at his hometrack just outside of Los Angeles. Leading the championship standings, the victory added to his points total as the series heads to the Northwestern United States with stops in Monroe, Wash. (July 9), Portland, Ore. (July 24) and Kalispell, Mont. (Aug. 13).
