The region's touring late model division, ICAR (Inland Championship Auto Racing) has announced it will not operate a series in 2013 citing schedule conflicts.
Andy Brown picked up the victory in the Appleway Parts Center ICAR Late Model Series season finale held at Stateline Speedway. By virtue of a third place finish Dan Garber captured the 2010 ICAR championship.

The ICAR Late Model Series returns this weekend, running its second race in as many weekends at the Post Falls quarter-mile. As was the case in 2008, the group is honored to be asked on short notice to thrill Stateline’s fans again.
The ICAR Late Model Series, based in Spokane, Wash., made its first trip outside thier home area with a 15-car field and Twin Main Event format. When the dust settled it was Dan Garber who came home victorious.
