Havens Adds Another Touring Series to His Resume with Upcoming PASS Debut

Braeden Havens has had success when debuting on a new series including a top-5 finish in his late model debut. This start will be different as the college freshman will face as many as three past NASCAR Northwest Touring champions (Ron Eaton, Garrett Evans and Gary Lewis) along with what is considered the strongest fields of late model talent to race in the region in many years.

WESCO Flies Into 2013 at WVSO

The 2013 season championship is up for grabs with defending series champion Tony Berry only committed to a partial schedule. The two leading front runners happen to come out of the same McLees Racing stable; five-time WESCO Champion, Doug McLees and 2012 Rookie of the Year and points runner up, Danny Mathews.

WVSO Welcomes Back The NW Legends

Shane Mitchell nabbed the victory in the B-Modified Main Event after setting fast time in qualifying. Thomas Stanford (Youth Hornets) and Matt Henderson (NW Legends) also set fast time in their respective qualifying sessions. Stanford won the main event with Henderson matching Mitchell and Stanford as fast time winners to go along with main event victories.

WVSO Welcomes the NW Legends

The evening of racing started with the Les Schwab Trophy Dashes. After the fourth restart in the young rookie class of Youth Hornets Bart Hector of Othello, WA took the win.
