Obama's Inauguration

“Quite the Scene”

Gene Fitzpatrick of Spokane, who is staying in an RV just outside of Washington, D.C., and attending the swearing-in ceremony with his daughter, reports Monday afternoon:

"We're on Capitol Hill. There are hundreds of thousands of us trying to get our tickets. It's a two-hour wait just to get in the doors of the building. It's quite the scene. Unbeliebable numbers of folks.

Everybody's in good humor and working well together. . . and lots and lots of police."
