Yes, Camping World will sell new and used RVs in Liberty Lake

Today's quick Spokesman-Review story on a Liberty Lake location for Camping World had the basics, but didn't have every key detail.

This post will try to fill in a few blanks.

The Camping World folks today confirmed that the new Liberty Lake location will be a full-service dealership, selling both new and used RVs as well as RV equipment.

Chris Bell of NAI Black was the broker for the seller of the Mastercraft building.

The buyer and developer, Oppidan Investment, used Marshall Clark of Clark Pacific to represent them in buying the building as well as buying three acres of undeveloped land due west of the Camping World location.

Those three acres will be used as the RV sales lot, plus be the location for an RV repair facility.

Oppidan paid $816,750 for the three acre parcel.
