Spokane Realtor Jared Miller buys commercial property east of downtown

Spokane Realtor Jared Miller has purchased a vacant office and storage space at 714 E. Pacific Ave., east of downtown.

Miller said he paid $210,000 to Inland Northwest Bank, which took over the building in a foreclosure. The previous occupant was Northwest Floral Design.

The 5,700-square- foot building includes about 800 square feet of refrigerated storage area, Miller said.
He intends to lease the property through his company, Properties One. Chris Bell of NAI Black represented Inland Northwest Bank in the deal.

Bonanzino made Northwest Bancorporation chairman

Anthony Bonanzino has been elected chairman of Northwest Bancorporation, the holding company for Inland Northwest Bank.

Bonanzino succeeds William Shelby, who will retire from the board in 2013.

Bonanzino is the chief executive officer of the Institute for Systems Medicine, and the former CEO of Hollister Stier Laboratories.

The board also waived the corporation's age eleigibility requirement in order to make member Harlan Douglass eligible for re-election by shreholders at their next annual meeting.
