Take a kid fishing, hook him/her for life

FISHING -- In Thursdays package of Fishing 2015 stories, I used a file photo of a successful young angler for a story about crappie fishing.

It struck a chord with Mike Meseberg of Mar-Don Resort on Potholes Reservoir:

Thephoto is of Levi Meseberg as a little boy when was on location doing a story about the reservoir's great fishing opportunities.

"Glad you kept this and have used it again after all these years," Mike wrote. "Levi is now 36 years old, a father of two.  He is an avid bass fisherman and he and partner just won 2nd place in the Potholes Open Bass Tourney on Potholes."
