WINTERSPORTS -- Inland Northwest resorts are involved in the World's Largest Ski and Snowboard Lesson scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday in an attempt to make the Guinness Book of World Records.

Lessons at two resorts will be offered for FREE while the lessons will cost $10 or be offered at a significant discount at others -- but only at 10 a.m.

Ski NW Rockies Resorts, along with over 140 other resorts from around the United States, are taking a shot at the record.

This is not ONE giant lesson but many lesson groups - ski or snowboard - all taking place at 10 a.m. in our local time zone.

Ski and snowboard lessons will be taught separately.

Click here for varying prices on lessons and what will be offered at Mt. Spokane, 49 Degrees North, Silver Mountain and Lookout Pass.
