Rown D. Jokinen, 36, is wanted for possession of a controlled substance. His 21-year criminal history includes convictions for drug possession, making false statements, reckless driving and possession of stolen property.
Shawnda L. Huffman, 25, is wanted for second-degree theft. Her 12-year criminal history has just a single conviction: driving on a suspended license.
Francis A. Hayes, 41, is wanted for assault in violation of a domestic violence court order. He has a decade-long criminal history, but no convictions.
Jonathan Wayne McElfish, 41, is wanted for first-degree robbery. His 21-year criminal history includes convictions for forgery, drug possession, obstructing, possession of stolen property, malicious mischief, DUI, refusal to cooperate, theft and driving with a suspended license.
Anyone with information on their location is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS or submit tips online at www.
Tipsters do not have to give their name but should provide a code name or number.

Talesha Glover should be added to the above gallery for assault to the innocent victim above with the cut on the head. The press should warn about “certain types” of women abusing the laws of domestic violence as a WEAPON in our system. i.e. “If I can’t have you no woman can have you, therefore, I will put you away.”

i worked with them both, and everyone at work knew she was a whack job before they fired her for causing DRAMA at work!!
Francis seems like a really guy and we’re all just sick about what Talesha Glover did to him!!!
she’ll get hers though, those types always end up getting their karma in spades!!!

leann and michelle.. you both need to grow up!!! WOW… seriously.. you two never EVER saw us behind close doors… I have TONS of Witnesses … Kurt, Adam, Shana, Anna, Danielle, My mother, Jake, 3 of my neighbors… ohhh.. ya… they have SEEN it all with their OWN eyes.. I cant wait for trial… Who on his side have seen us.. NO ONE… Cause he didnt want you all to see the bad side of him!!! If you all only knew! Good one!!! Good one!!! Why do you think he pled guilty to all of it! He said it his OWN self… There’s your proof!!! and I never Lied to ANYONE!! I told the cops I hit him after he kept putting his hands oin me! The cops said GOOD JOB!!! At least I have the decency to ADMIT it! If I was ever in the wrong.. ID be the one in jail… But I NEVER WAS! No man should put their hands on ANY WOMAN EVER! See the truth.. and lay off me cause you lady’s want him and jelouse you couldnt have him!!! and SERIOUSLY… I NEVER said that!!! I tood him numerous times to LEAVE ME ALONE!!! I had a BF!!! He couldnt handle it! SO BACK OFF!!!!!

Maybe you should be posted up there with the first guy who was charged with Controlled Substance.. Lay off the drugs.. and quit selling it.. ya.. Truth comes out! One more thing.. I know you lady’s are trying to push me down and intimidate me cause im this little 25yr old with a son.. but Never again are you worth anything in my life and will never put me down.. I know who i am and so do many other’s! All I care about in this world is protecting my child.. and if your’s were still alive.. you’d do the same! My son is my life and no one will EVER hurt us again! You all can be sick to your stomach’s blah blah blah.. but I dont care! It’s over and done with… We are safe and alive and doing very well..
