Sirens & Gavels

Courthouse watch: 9.4.09

A man who failed to show up for a scheduled plea in an OxyContin robbery case is back in jail.

Adam Dally, 25, had his first appearance today after a bail bondsman picked up him yesterday.

Dally was to enter a plea and be sentenced on robbery charges Tuesday but left a message with his public defender saying he couldn’t make it.

A $100,000 warrant was issued for his arrest Tuesday. He remains in Spokane County Jail on that bond.

His new plea date is set for next Friday.
