Shelly L. Ferguson, 35, is wanted for second-degree theft and city theft. She has an eight-year arrest history but no convictions.

Daniel Frank Humphrey, 33, is wanted for attempting to elude a police vehicle and nine counts of third-degree driving while license suspended. His16-year arrest history includes convictions for delivery of controlled substance, possession of controlled substance, reckless driving, attempting to elude police, second-degree burglary, obstructing a police investigation, escape and probation violations.

Marcus L. Kelsey, 28, is wanted for first-degree identity theft. He has a 16-year arrest history with convictions for first-degree identity theft, second-degree theft, first-degree theft and unlawful issuance of a bank check.

Marcella R. Walther, 32, is wanted for possession of a controlled substance. Her 16-year arrest history includes just a single conviction, for drunken driving.
