Crime Stoppers targets fugitive birthday girl

The Inland Northwest's fugitive apprehension organization is offering a reward for a woman celebrating her 26th birthday today - nearly a month after she missed a drug court hearing.

A news release called it "a reward offered to enhance a birthday bash."

"Crime Stoppers wants to make it special by putting Breanna Lebar behind le bars," wrote Spokane County Sheriff's Sgt. Dave Reagan.

Lebar is wanted on eight counts of second-degree possession of stolen property and single counts of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and theft of a motor vehicle.

Lebar has no criminal convictions, but Crime Stoppers described her arrest record as "horrendous."

Her current charges come from three cases filed since January. She entered into drug court April 29 but didn't show up for a hearing May 13.

Lebar last gave 514 N. Barker Road in Spokane Valley as her address.

Anyone with information on her location is asked to call 1-800-222-TIPS or submit tips online.

Tipsters don't have to leave their name to collect a reward but should leave a code name or number.
