This mug shot appeared on The Oregonian’s website today.
It’s Mark David Siebenmorgen, a 46-year-old man arraigned on several charges for an alleged crime spree in the Portland area last month.
He was arrested last month after an employee at Safeway reported “unsettling” comments made by a customer, according to The Oregonian.
