Re: Medical appointments on your wedding anniversary

Carol Woodward saw my mention of having so many medical appointments that scheduling one on your anniversary was practically unavoidable.

"On our 40th, Jim was pretty sick. We, too, had a lot of doctor appointments and on that day we had to stop at Costco to pick up a prescription.

"I got a wheelchair to take Jim in and while we waited for the prescription we had the hot dog special and topped it off with the berry sundae.

"When he got better we were going to go to Anthony's for our belated anniversary dinner. Well, that wasn't to be. So my last anniversary dinner with Jim was at Costco. I think I treasure that dinner more than any other one I ever had. It was a sweet moment in a really hard time for us."
