I have always liked Bill Simer.
The guy exudes positive energy. I can honestly say I have enjoyed 100 percent of our stop-and-chats over the years.
And the personable accountant has been in my column a few times, too.
Once, after several readers had made fun of the Monday paper's lack of heft in The Slice, Bill weighed in with a report that his newspaper-fetching dog, Dot, actually preferred the smaller size.
