Reporter Scott Maben's stories about bachelor Baron Brooks and his father's "Looking for a wife" ad prompted people to email Scott expressing interest on behalf of themselves or their children. Here's one such note.

"Hollow Baron,

"This is Jenny. I see the ad your father posted for you that you are searching for a wife. I like the picture in which you look mature and steady. I am working in dental school of USC in Los Angeles now. I used to be an orthodontist in Beijing, China before I came here in 2011. I'm 36 years old now, my height is 5.5 and also hope to get married and have a lovely baby :) I like cooking, hiking, swimming and fishing etc. Hopefully I will have a chance to meet you and your dad."
